Traffic Agent App

Kids Crowdsourced Walkability App

With the aim of encouraging children to walk and cycle to school, this smartphone app gamifies the collection of road safety data, helping improve the city’s walking infrastructure and reducing car use.

This app ‘casts’ its primary-school age users in the role of secret agents, encouraging them to compile and send reports of their everyday journey to school.
